Food Leaders Summit – Food Trends of Today & Tomorrow

The Food Leaders Summit is your opportunity to look closely at the transformative changes impacting every aspect of the food industry and work collaboratively with your industry peers to succeed in this new environment.

John Roulac’s talk will focus on the five macro trends that will be increasingly powerful in the coming years for the food industry: “Free-From” products,” non-GMO, the Translucent Corporation, brands as Solutiatarias (part of the solution) and the regenerative role of organic agriculture for the climate. His talk will also provide greater insight into the increasingly powerful trend of people choosing their foods with a much more careful eye to the meanings and consequences of their choices.
